The POCO M3 Pro 5G is set to arrive in Malaysia on June 6 with a starting price of RM699.
Announced in May, the device sports a Mediatek Dimensity 700, 5G dual SIM support, and a 6.5” 2400 x 1080 Dynamic Switch display that automatically switches between 90Hz, 60Hz, 50Hz, and 30Hz refresh rates.
Its rear camera setup is composed of a 48MP camera with a 1/2" sensor size and 1.6µm pixel-binning, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera, while the front has an 8MP punch hole camera. The rear cameras’ features include Night mode, Time-lapse video, and Timed burst.
The Poco M3 Pro 5G also features a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging. Other features include a 3D curved back design, Gorilla Glass 3, dual light sensors on both the front and back, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, a 360° light sensor, a microSD slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio, an infrared blaster, and a fingerprint reader located on its side. The phone comes with a 22.5W charger and runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.
The phone will offer LPDDR4X RAM and UFS2.2 storage in two configurations: 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. The variants have a price of RM699 and RM799 respectively. From June 6 (00:00 GMT+8) to June 7 (23:59 GMT+8), the variants will have a sale price of RM599 and RM699 respectively. Three colour options – POCO Yellow, Power Black, and Cool Blue – are available.
