Alongside a National Geographic Edition of the Aspire Vero and three new Chromebooks, Acer has unveiled a slew of new products at CES 2022, including laptops, AIO PCs, desktops, and monitors.
Acer Swift X
The Swift X (SFX14-51G) is a 14" laptop powered by up to the 12th Gen Intel Core processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 2TB of PCIe SSD storage. Running Windows 11, it features an IPS display with up to 400 nits of brightness and 100% coverage of the sRGB color gamut. It has a 2240 x 1400 resolution. There's also another 16" model with a 2560 x 1600 resolution.
The Swift X offers two Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 (up to 40 GBs) support, two USB 3.2
Gen 1 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.0, and a fingerprint reader. Both also support DTS Audio, an FHD webcam with Acer's Temporal Noise Reduction technology, and Acer PurifiedVoice with AI Noise Reduction.
Acer Aspire C27 and C24
The Acer Aspire C27 and C24 AIO PCs now come with Windows 11 and feature up to the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, Nvidia GeForce MX550 graphics, 64GB of DRR4 RAM, as well as 1TB of SSD and 2TB of HHD. Both models support Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and Thunderbolt 4.
The Aspire C27 has a 5.0MP webcam and 2 stereo microphones for high-quality video calls. It can also be tilted from -5° to 25°.
Predator Triton 500 SE
The Predator Triton 500 SE is a special edition laptop suitable for both gaming and work. It is powered by up to the 12th Gen Intel Core i9 processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics, along with 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen4 storage.
The 16" laptop has a 240Hz refresh rate, 2560 x 1600 resolution, 3ms response time, and 500 nits of brightness. It supports Nvidia G-Sync technology and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Running Windows 11, it offers two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports with support for DisplayPort and power delivery, as well as an HDMI 2.1 port that allows for 4K gaming at 120 Hz. It starts from US$2,299.99 (~RM9,639).
Predator Helios 300
The 15.6" Predator Helios 300 is powered by up to the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics, paired with 32GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD Raid 0 storage.
Featuring a QHD display on an IPS panel, it has a 165Hz refresh rate. As for ports, it comes with an HDMI 2.1 port, a Thunderbolt Type-C port, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. There's also a 17.3" model available with QHD (165Hz) and FHD (165Hz & 144Hz) variants.
The 15.6" mode; starts from US$1,649.99 (~RM6,915) while the 17.3" model starts from US$1,749.99 (~RM7,334).
Acer Nitro 5
The Acer Nitro 5 comes in two versions: one powered by an Intel chip and the other powered by an AMD chip. The Intel model features the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics, up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM, and a pair of M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD slots. It comes with a QHD display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 3ms response time.
On the other hand, the AMD model features the AMD Ryzen 6000 series processor, up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics, and up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM. This model comes with two options: an FHD 144Hz panel and a QHD 165Hz panel, both supporting AMD FreeSync Premium technology.
Ports-wise, the gaming laptop offers an HDMI 2.1 port and supports both USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 ports. The Intel-powered model also includes a Thunderbolt 4 Type-C port while the AMD-powered model includes a USB 4 port.
There is also a pair of 17.3" models with an IPS panel coming with QHD (165Hz) and FHD (144Hz & 165Hz) resolutions.

Predator Orion 5000
The Predator Orion 5000 comes with up to the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics, along with 64GB of DDR% RAm and up to 2TB of M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSDs. For cooling, it uses ARGB-infused Predator FrostBlade 2.0 fans. Running Windows 11, it supports Killer E3100G 2.5G Ethernet Controller and Intel Wi-Fi 6E. Ports-wise, it has 3 USB Type-A ports and 1 USB Type-C port, as well as an audio jack. It starts from US$2,599 (~RM10,892).
Predator Orion 3000
Powered by up to the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 graphics, the Predator Orion 3000 is equipped with up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, 2TB of PCIe NVMe SSD, and 6TB of SATA3 HDD storage. It uses three 92 x 92mm Predator FrostBlade 2.0 fans for optimized cooling. Running Windows 11, it supports Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Control Center 2.0. It starts from US$1,999 (~RM8,378).
Predator X32 and X32 FP
The Predator X32 and X32 FP are 32" gaming monitors with 160Hz and 165Hz (overclocked) refresh rates. The UHD monitors support 576-zone mini LED local dimming, Delta E<2 color accuracy, and 99% coverage of the AdobeRGB color gamut.
The Predator X32 supports Nvidia G-Sync Ultimate technology while the Predator X32 FP supports AMD FreeSync Premium technology. The latter comes with an HDMI 2.1 port, a 1ms response time, and a USB Type-C port for 90W power delivery.
The Predator X32 starts from US$1,999 (~RM8,378) while the Predator X32 FP starts from US$1,799 (~RM7,539).
Predator CG48
The 48" Predator CG48 with a 138Hz refresh rate comes with an HDMI 2.1 port, a DisplayPort 1.4, four USB 3.2 ports, and a USB Type-C port. With up to a 0.1ms response time, it supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology for the fastest 4K games.
It features an OLED display with a 135K:1 contrast ratio, HDR10 support, and 98% coverage of the DCI-Ps color gamut. It starts from US$2,499 (~RM10,473).
