xCloud Gaming is coming to Xbox Consoles This Holiday Season

During its Gamescom showcase, Microsoft has announced that the Xbox cloud gaming service will be available on Xbox One and Xbox X/S Series consoles starting this holiday season.

According to the company, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will have access to more than 100 games right from the cloud without having to download them first. They can also join multiplayer games when friends send an invitation, which can avoid them having to wait for the installation to complete.

Microsoft will update the Xbox dashboard on the consoles with a cloud icon to show which games can be streamed instantly. The streams will support 1080p and 60 fps.
