Window 7/8.1 will reach its end of support for extended security updates on January 10, 2023

You may still use Win7/8.1 operating system, but will no longer receive security updates

According to the schedule, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 will reach their end of support for extended security updates for both operating systems on Tuesday, Jan 10, 2023. Both Win7/8.1 will not be receiving any security updates and technical support in the future.

In this case, Microsoft encourages users to upgrade to Windows 10 & Windows 11 operating systems to receive the latest security updates and Chrome features. Also, updating to Win10/11 is still accessible if you have the Windows genuine key.
