[Unboxing] The Samsung Home Cinema Combo - Samsung 65" OLED 4K TV S95C and HW-Q800C Soundbar

Samsung Malaysia has finally introduced its 2023 TV lineup, which includes the Samsung Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED, and OLED TV with live-changing innovative features to offer a whole new level of viewing experience with Samsung TVs. Today min min got my hands on this brand new Samsung 65” OLED 4K TV S95C and we will be unboxing it to have a quick look. Of course since we have the best for our eyes, we’ll need to have the best for our ears as well right? So alongside the newest OLED 4K TV, we will be unboxing the Samsung HW-Q800C Soundbar which is just icing on the cake.

Out of the box, the ultra slim profile just wow-ed me. Thanks to the Infinity One design, the Titan Black new model is now thinner and slimmer than ever compared to its predecessor, taking your viewing experience to a whole new level with absolute minimalism. With the 4 bezel-less design and thickness of just 11mm, mounting the tv to the wall is just like having a moving art masterpiece in your living room.

Another reason to achieve this ultra slim profile is because of this One Connect Box, which brings all the ports together and separate from the TV body. With all the ports available, including 1x Power, 1x Antenna IN, 1x Ethernet Port, 3x HDMI IN & 1 HDMI IN (eARC), 1x One Connect Port, 2x USB 2.0 5V 0.5A Ports, 1x USB 2.0 5V 1.0A Port and 1x Optical Port, you could just connect any single console to TV at the same time without needing frequent swapping.

And the best part is the attachable design of the One Connect Box further adds beauty to the clutter-free solution, as you can mount it to the back of the TV stand to minimise cable clutter regardless of your installation environment.

The 65-inch 4K display utilises Samsung’s innovative OLED to offer deep blacks, clean whites and full shades of colours with the help of the cutting-edge self-illuminating pixels driven by Quantum Dot. Coupled with the top channel speakers which support Dolby Atmos®, you can definitely experience a truly immersive picture and sound on the S95C.

And of course that’s not all. The sound experience can be further elevated with this new HW-Q800C Soundbar, which comes along with a wireless subwoofer. The size is perfectly designed and just slightly wider than a standard 55-inch TV, making it a perfect combo for the whole S95C lineup which starts from 55 inch.

The HW-Q800C Soundbar also boasts the world's first wireless Dolby Atmos®, which is compatible with Samsung TVs, allowing consumers to enjoy ultimate 3D sounds while keeping your TV corner neat without the need for extra connections. With both devices connected, not only you can control both soundbar and TV with the same TV remote, you can also have your audio perfectly sync from both devices for the most complete immersive viewing experience.
