The battlefield in Honor of Kings just got a serious energy boost. The latest Flow Update has officially arrived, bringing a new hero, fresh gameplay mechanics, community events, and even a major regional milestone with the game’s official launch in India.
For a game already crowned as the world’s most-played MOBA, this update injects plenty of new reasons for players to jump back into The Gorge.
Meet the New Hero: Yango
Leading the update is Yango, the newest hero joining the roster. Players can unlock the character using in-game currency, with a limited-time discounted price during the first week.

Alongside Yango’s arrival, several heroes also received balance adjustments. Characters like Nezha, Luara, and Fatih have been tweaked to improve their effectiveness and gameplay flow, helping keep competitive matches balanced and engaging.
● New Hero - Yango
- Available via direct purchase at 588 token vouchers/13888 star stones (first week purchase at 294 token vouchers).
● Adjusted Hero - Nezha
- Enabling full-map vision and allows for rapid support across the map.
● Adjusted Hero - Luara
- Increasing first skill range to the same as basic attack
- Boosting the Ultimate attack damage
● Adjusted Hero - Fatih
- Attack speed adjusted.
- The ultimate now grants bonus attack power, and empowered basic attacks restore health twice.
- Improved the fluidity of the slash attack animation.
Super Flow Day Brings Limited Rewards
The update also introduces Super Flow Day Perks, a series of time-limited events packed with rewards.
Players can collect event tokens, redeem special items, enjoy free draws, and even try out heroes and skins temporarily without spending resources. A festive twist also appears with a Ramadan-themed Spriteling and special in-game reward events.
Some highlights include free token rewards, limited skins, a flash sale for Yango’s outfit, and special bonus events that reward active players.
● Free limited-time tokens (starting from March 6)
- Participate in the event and collect tokens
- Redeem up to 5,000 limited-time tokens (from March 14)
- Guaranteed minimum 888 limited-time tokens
● 10 Free Draws in Point Draw (March 14 to 15)

Spriteling Powers Shake Up Gameplay
A brand-new companion mechanic called the Super Flow Spriteling also joins the battlefield. This tiny helper grants players one of three abilities that can dramatically change how fights play out.
● Runsie 60s CD:
Drink the shrink potion to knock back nearby enemies and gain speed, at the cost of slightly reduced damage.
● Bigly 60s CD:
Drink the enlarge potion to grow bigger and gain maximum health, at the cost of slightly reduced speed.
● Coolio 60s CD:
Drink the cooldown potion to reduce all skill cooldowns by 1 second (excluding certain special and stored skills), up to three times, at the cost of some current health.

Depending on the skill activated, players can knock enemies back and gain speed, temporarily grow larger for increased health, or shorten their skill cooldowns. Each power comes with its own trade-offs, adding a layer of strategy to every encounter.

More Ways to Personalise the Experience
Beyond combat, the update also expands customisation options. Players can now choose from 10 official lobby background music tracks, many inspired by esports themes and regional sounds.
Technical improvements also make the game easier to access. The Play-as-You-Download feature has been enhanced for clearer progress tracking, while the overall game package has been optimised to take up less storage space.
India Joins the Honor of Kings Arena
Perhaps the biggest milestone is the game’s official launch in India, expanding the global player base even further.
To celebrate the expansion, developers have teased an upcoming hero inspired by Indian culture, hinting that more regionally inspired content could be on the way.
Community Events and Real-World Rewards
The update also brings several community-driven events. In Malaysia, players have been participating Mr X's Festival of Lanterns Treasure Hunt, working together to unlock a nationwide milestone tied to a special buka puasa gathering which will conclude on 14th March 2026.
Meanwhile, the HoK Benefits event introduces a new prize pool featuring real-world rewards including an iPhone 17 Pro, iQOO 15R, and even a PlayStation 5 Slim.
With new gameplay twists, fresh heroes, and global expansion, the Flow Update proves that the action in Honor of Kings is far from slowing down.
