If you are on Facebook or Instagram, you'd be familiar with the Stories feature which allows users to share photos or videos that will disappear after 24 hours. Well, it seems that the popular feature has invaded TikTok too as the company confirmed that it's testing a new feature - TikTok Stories.
As per the tweet by social media consultant Matt Navarra, there are some common tools for users to add text or stickers, insert sounds, and filters for their Stories content. The only difference of TikTok Stories compared to those of the other social media apps is that it allows users to comment publicly on a creator's content. Users can also see the number of views of the Story.
While TikTok is still testing the new feature, there's no news on how long the pilot test would be or whether there would be an official public launch.
