Sharp Malaysia has recently unveiled a slew of new products for homes and office use, leveraging innovative technologies for our post-pandemic lifestyle.
The AQUOS The Scenes 4K TV is Android 11 compatible and supports all gaming devices. It is equipped with the company's latest Deep Chrom Display Pro technology, which provides a true-to-life visual experience. Its new flagship, the AQUOS The Scenes 8K TV features 8K ultra-high definition and HDR Enhanced+ processor, offering realistic and deep images.
Aside from the TVs, Sharp also unveiled two new kitchen appliances, the Sharp Mega Freezer pelican and Sharp Microwave. The freezer uses Sharp's Plasmacluster Ion (PCI) technology to prevent food contamination while keeping them fresh for a longer period of time. It also consumes less energy thanks to Sharp's J-Tech Inverter. On the other hand, the microwave features a ceramic flatbed and wide interior with no turntable, making it user-friendly and easier for cleaning.
The Sharp Pro-Flex Front Load Washer Dryer can effectively kill bacteria, mould, and allergens in fabrics with PCI technology. It also has a unique Dry Airwash mode, which enables quick dry wash to kill germs or viruses and remove odour. It's the first PCI washer launched by Sharp in the SEA region and the machine won the IF Design Award 2021.
Sharp's new Plasmacluster Air Purifier is also equipped with PCI technology to reduce airborne COVID-19 virus by 91.3%. In subsequent tests, the technology has reduced the virus (including variant) adhering to surfaces by 99.4%.
The PCI technology is also available in Sharp's new portable Plasmacluster Ion Generator, which has a high ion density of up to 90,000 ions to provide clean and safe air.
The all-new AQUOS Touch TV-DR1X series is an all-in-one solution, a combination of a projector, laptop, and whiteboard. The new TV comes with a 4K UltraHD touchscreen with HDR support.
