For personalisation, One UI 4 has new Colour Palettes, which makes changing the appearance of app icons, notifications, and others easier. There will also be a wider range of emojis, stickers, and GIFs on the Samsung keyboard. One of the improvements to the always-on display is access to the voice recorder app directly from the lock screen interface.

In terms of security, new alerts are added to pop up when an app is accessing the microphones or cameras. A new Privacy Dashboard is designed to group all security settings and controls in a single place. Android 12's Private Compute Core feature will also be available. Basically, it acts as a sandbox to isolate data from certain apps and tracks suspicious app activities.
