Today, Samsung Malaysia officially launched its 2022 lineup of Neo QLED 8K TV, soundbars, accessories, and more.
The 2022 Neo QLED 8K TV is now powered by the Neural Quantum Processor 8K with 20 independent neural AI networks. Thanks to the processor, the TV now supports Real Depth Enhancer to maximize contrast, Shape Adaptive Light Control for precise lighting. It is also the world's first TV to receive the Pantone Validated certification.
In addition, the Neural Quantum Processor 8K is capable of analyzing content in real-time for its Adaptive Sound features to track and move between speakers according to on-screen movement. The flagship QN900B now comes with a 90W 6.2.4 channel audio system, complete with top channel speakers and Dolby Atmos support with Object Tracking Sound Pro. Samsung's Neo QLED 4K and 8K TVs now support wireless Dolby Atmos for an immersive audio experience.
With the new lineup, Samsung introduces its new TV as a central hub for work and play, entertainment, and even as an NFT platform. The TVs offer four HDMI 2.1 ports, Motion Xcelerator Turbo Pro 4K 144Hz gaming, as well as super ultrawide GameView and Game Bar. Samsung has also partnered up with Nifty Gateway to offer a one-stop NFT platform for users to explore and display NFT digital arts.
Alongside the new Neo QLED 8K lineup, Samsung has introduced several accessories, including the Slim Fit Wall Mount to offer swivel, height, and sideways adjustments for its TV, a Studio Stand for the Neo QLED 8K, and the Auto Rotation to rotate the TV in portrait mode.
Finally, Samsung emphasizes its efforts in 'Going Green' like many manufacturers are doing now with an eco-packaging with 90% less ink, a solarcell remote which is battery-free and can be charged through 2.4GHz radio frequency harvesting, as well as using recycled materials like recycled resin for its TVs, monitors, digital signage, and remote controls.
