Remember These Top 5 Facebook Games?

Let's do a small trip down memory lane. Do you ever feel a sense of nostalgia when you remember those times when the reason why we would use Facebook as kids was to play games?

I certainly remember getting home from school and switching my computer on just to rush to Facebook and visit my towns and finish up my energy for the day.

Here are 5 Facebook Games that certainly makes me miss those times: -

1. FarmVille by Zynga (19 June 2019 - 31 December 2020)

FarmVille was claimed to be the most played game on Facebook with more than 58 million players per month. This game allowed you to manage your farm by planting, plowing land, growing and harvesting crops, trees and raising livestock. You could also visit your friend's farm and help them out with necessities.

2. Tetris Battle ( June 2010 - 31 May 2019 )

Tetris battle is essentially Tetris except you go head to head with other players that is in the same rank as you. The coins you get after winning games can be used to buy skins or boosters for your round.

This was a game I truly looked forward to playing every day and because it's technically free bragging rights if you beat your friend!

3. Café World by Zynga

Similarly to FarmVille - in Café World you will manage your own Café and work in expanding it. You will be in charge of decorating the place, buying new furniture, baking cakes, cooking food and handling customers.

Once you hit a certain level, you can then hire some of your Facebook friends to work as a server in your Café.

4. Texas HoldEm Poker by Zynga

This was probably the most famous games amongst teens and adults back then as it was as close to the real deal as possible. Another reason why it was such a fan favorite has to do with the fact that, you can team up with your Facebook friends and go for a poker night digitally!

5. CityVille by Zynga ( 2 December 2010 - 30 April 2015)

Instead of a farm, you are building your own City empire. Naturally, you would be in charge of building houses, shops, airports and so much more! This game was amazing however announced its removal shortly after CityVille 2 was released.

All these games truly brought back a wave of nostalgia and I wished that Facebook did not remove these games and allowed the younger generation to have a taste.
