In celebration of Ragnarok X: Next Generation's 6 months anniversary and the upcoming New Year, Nuverse announced a series of activities, collaborations, and prizes for all Adventurers in Midgard.
ROX has invited famous Thai celebrities, including "The Toys" (Thanwa Boonsoongnern), Kao (Supassara Thanachart), and Pattie (Ungsumalynn Sirapatsakmetha), who will cosplay as wizard and priest in an upcoming TVC for the game. On 18 December, they will appear in a special live stream on YouTube and Facebook, where fans can interact with them in the world of ROX and join a lucky draw.
Additionally, "The Toys" will be releasing a new game theme song, written and performed exclusively for Ragnarok X: Next Generation. There will be a karaoke contest for fans to participate in after the release. Stay tuned for more updates.
During the anniversary celebration, Adventurers can join the "Doomsday Battle", in which they can relive the historic battle to save Prontera. "In times long past, the capital city of Midgard was once occupied by the dreadful Baphomet, whose evil presence destroyed all life in the area, leaving only monsters in his wake. Relive the battle as one of the few brave adventurers who gathered to liberate Prontera from the demon’s rule!", Nuverse wrote in a press release. There will also be a new "Trial Illusion" gameplay multiplayer mode for up to 15 players in a group to take on one of the toughest dungeons in the game.
As the New Year is coming, players can send their wishes and hopes through the Drifting Bottle and Wishing Wall in-game events to win rewards from the Wish Fund Grand Prize at 12am on 1 January 2022.
