The Pokémon Company has confirmed that Mew and Mewtwo will be added to the mainline Pokémon game, Pokémon Scarlet & Pokémon Violet. The mythical Pokémon will be obtainable during the Tera Raid (7-Star) on August 31, 5 PM PDT until September 17, 4:59 PM PDT, brave players who complete the challenge will be able to catch Mewtwo with the Mightiest Mark.
Moreover, Mew is now obtainable using the Mystery Gift code: GETY0URMEW, until September 18, 7:59 AM PDT. Keep in mind that the code can only be redeemed once per save file, with different Tera Type, Nature, and move sets.
Besides that, The Pokémon Company also released a new trailer for the upcoming Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 1: The Teal Mask, which launches on September 13th. Players will be on a school trip to the land of Kitakami for an outdoor study program held between the academy and another school to meet new Pokémon that are uncommon in the Paldea region.
