Malaysia Takes Home Bronze for FIFA Online 4 but Falls Short in Wild Rift and Free Fire

Day 3 of the 2022 Hanoi South East Asian Games Esports events, we saw the conclusion to the Men’s League of Legends: Wild Rift, Free Fire and FIFA Online 4 tournaments.
Men’s League of Legends: Wild Rift
The Malaysian team was taken out by the Singapore team in a 3-0 sweep and ended up in 4th place.

Free Fire
The two Malaysian teams scored 107 and 104 points and ended up in 7th and 8th respectively.

FIFA Online 4
After advancing to the playoffs in the previous day’s matches, Malaysia won their first match against Singapore in their lower bracket match and went against Vietnam. However, they lost to Vietnam in a 3-0 sweep landing them in 3rd place and bringing home bronze for the country.

With the day’s results, Malaysia currently stands at 4th place tied with Singapore with one bronze medal each. Today’s games will see the first leg of PUBG Mobile (Solo) being played.
