Acer celebrates its annual Acer Day event, which is officially themed “Live Your World” this year. In conjunction with the event, Acer has partnered up with local singer Aina Abdul to produce the theme title song in Malay and English. There will be five other singers joining Aina Abdul in the song production including Thailand’s Earth Patravee, Indonesia’s Gabriel Prince, Taiwan’s GBOYSWAG, Philippines’ Sarah Geronimo, and Vietnam’s VP BÁ VƯƠNG.
As usual, Acer has also introduced a slew of new products, including the Predator Orion 3000 and Acer Nitro 50 gaming desktops, the Predator X34GS and Acer Nitro XV252Q F gaming monitors, and more in celebration of the big event.
Predator Orion 3000
The Predator Orion 3000 is powered by the Intel Core i7-11700F or i5-11400F processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics. The gaming desktop is kept cool with its 92 x 92 mm custom-engineered FrostBlade fans. For storage, it features 8 GB of RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage while offering an additional upgrade of up to 64 GB of RAM.
The Predator Orion 3000 will be available on 3 August from RM3,999.
Acer Nitro 50
Built with an 18 L chassis, the Acer Nitro 50 comes with two variants: one is powered by the Intel Core i7-11700F processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER graphics, while the other is powered by the Intel Core i5-11400F processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics. The gaming desktop features 512 GB of SSD storage and 8 GB of DDR4 RAM along with additional slots for capacity upgrades, providing a better gaming experience for users.
The Acer Nitro 50 powered by the Intel Core i7-11700F processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super graphics is priced at RM4,899, while its counterpart powered by the Intel Core i5-11400F processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics is priced at RM3,399. Both will be available on 3 August.
Predator X34 GS
The Predator X34 GS features a 34” ultra-wide QHD Agile-Splendor IPS panel that supports up to 98% DCI-P3 wide colour gamut with Delta E<2 colour accuracy. It also has a refresh rate of 144 Hz to 180 Hz. It is also VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified for sharper images and finer details.
The Predator X34 GS is priced at RM3,999.
Acer Nitro XV252Q F
The Acer Nitro XV252Q F sports a fast liquid crystal panel with a refresh rate up to 390 Hz when overclocked and AMD FreeSync Premium technology for a smooth gaming experience. For colour, it is equipped with black boost and a 99% sRGB wide colour gamut.
The Acer Nitro XV252Q F is priced at RM1,999.
Acer Swift 1
The thin and light Acer Swift 1 features the latest Intel Pentium Silver N6000 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 256 GB of SSD storage. It also comes with Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 pre-installed.
The Acer Swift 1 will be available at RM2,099 on 3 August.
Acer Swift 3
The 1.7 kg Acer Swift 3 comes with a 16” FHD IPS display with 100% sRGB colour gamut. It is powered by up to the 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11370H processor along with a 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD and 16 GB of RAM. It also has Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 pre-installed.
The Acer Swift 3 that has the 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor is priced at RM4,599 while its counterpart powered by the 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processor is priced at RM3,699. Both will be available on 3 August.
AOpen PV12- Palm-sized Home Theatre
Weighing just 44 g, the projector comes with a battery that can last up to 5 hours. It has a collapsible stand design to lift the projector up to 90°. The projector also comes with features like the auto portrait, horizontal and vertical keystone, 4-corner correction, and immediate on or off functionality. In addition, it utilises LED with 700 lumens of brightness and a 30,000-hour lifespan.
The AOpen PV12- Palm-sized Home Theatre is available at RM1,099.
