Lenovo has released the latest addition to their Yoga lineup with the the new Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition, a sleek and durable laptop that will deliver premium performances at an attractive price. In this review, we’ll take a closer look at its design, display, performance, and user experience to see whether the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition truly stands out as a refined and reliable daily companion.

Design
The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition showcases a refined and modern aesthetic and it comes with an aluminium build both at the top and bottom which gives it a clean and premium finish. Furthermore, there is a slight protrusion on the front edge of the cover, which makes opening the laptop smoother and effortless.

Asides from just its appearance, the laptop has a sleek and lightweight design, as it measures at 312 x 219.3 x 13.9 mm while also weighing at 1.28 kg, which makes it easy for users to be able to carry the device from place to place without much worry and without taking much space either.

And despite having a slim profile, the Yoga Slim 7i also comes with an impressive level of durability as it comes with a military-grade design which allows it to handle everyday demands. And this processor comes with advanced P-cores and low-power E-cores, ensuring strong efficiency and responsiveness across everyday tasks. It is also paired with up to Intel Arc 140V Graphics.

On top of that, they come equipped with the enhanced NPU 4.0 AI Engine, offering up to 47 TOPS of AI processing power to handle modern AI workflows with ease. The laptop is also Intel Evo™ certified, meaning it meets strict requirements for premium thin-and-light laptops.
In terms of memory and storage, the Yoga Slim 7i comes with up to 32GB of LPDDR5x 8533 MHz dual-channel memory for efficient multitasking, along with up to 1TB of M.2 2242 SSD storage, giving users ample room and high-speed access for apps, media, and large project files.
In order to measure the laptop’s performance in handling everyday workloads, I used the Geekbench 6 benchmark test in order to gather the results. After the test was done, the results showed that the laptop scored a score of x points in Single-core score mode and y points in Multi-core mode, and this showcases that the device is able to handle everyday workloads.

In addition, I also used the PCMark 10 benchmark test in order to measure the complete system test for the device for all types of Windows PC. The results show that the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i was able to get a score of 6863, getting high scores for essentials, productivity, content creation and even gaming.

Aura Edition Smart Modes
One of the standout features for the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition, would be the fact that it comes with the Aura Edition Smart Modes, designed to give users greater control and personalization over their laptop experience.
