GTA The Trilogy Is Seemingly Nearing Its Steam Release

It appears that Rockstar Games’ GTA The Trilogy - Definitive Edition is getting closer to its release on Steam.

Based on a new Steam database update, it indicates that Rockstar Games’ is swiftly working on the Steam release of GTA The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition. So far there’s no detailed information available regarding the changes made in the database update. However, it appears that Rockstar Games has added a new internal Steam package, which adds all three GTA titles into a bundle.

It’s likely an official announcement regarding the Steam release will be made very soon. In a recent update made to the PC version of the game, a Steam configuration had been discovered in the Engine.ini file in the game files.

Previously, it was reported that the developer behind the Rockstar Games’ GTA Trilogy had quietly been changed after the game’s disastrous launch. Grove Street Games no longer appears to be the developer behind the title, based on a post on LinkedIn by the studio’s CEO, Thomas Wiliamson.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is now available on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, Nintendo Switch and PC.
