Genshin Impact’s version 3.0 may have a shorter duration compared to other versions.
According to a post on Reddit from leaker Plusleleaks, they revealed that version 3.0 may be one week shorter than the usual 6-week update duration
Their evidence of this was that Genshin Impact will be participating in this year’s Tokyo Game Show (TGS) from 15 to 18 September.
Given that they would most likely broadcast the 3.1 livestream during TGS, this would mean the 3.1 updates would arrive on 28 September, one week earlier than the game’s usual schedule.
Another piece of evidence supporting this comes from leaker Project Celestia who said that the Battle Pass for version 3.0 is expected to end one week earlier.
Regardless of the duration of version 3.0, its best to start saving up on Primogems for all the new characters coming to the game from the land of Sumeru.
