This week, we'll be getting a new session-based survival title on the planet of Icarus. by developer RocketWerks. Also, Oddworld: Soulstorm will be releasing an enhanced edition on several consoles. In addition, players can engage in fast-paced combats in Crate Entertainment's ARPG on Xbox.
Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition
After releasing Oddworld: Soulstorm earlier this year, developer Oddworld Inhabitants is releasing an enhanced edition, which includes improved gameplay and motion control, audio adjustments, as well as AI follower responses, alongside new content and previous updates. The new content comes in the form of a challenge mode that can only be unlocked when players have completed the game. It will differ depending on the consoles that players are using.
Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Epic Games Store on 30 November.
Grim Dawn
Set in a dark fictional world called Cairn loosely based on the Victorian era, where "humanity is on the brink of extinction, iron is valued above gold and trust is hard-earned". The game was originally released in 2016 and had received excellent reviews due to its compelling story, various character classes, and deep gameplay mechanics.
Grim Dawn Definitive Edition will come to Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One on 3 December.
Icarus
"Icarus was once destined to be a second Earth, but when terraforming collapsed - the air turned toxic and humanity’s hopes of colonizing a new world died. On the planet, players will accept and complete missions on time, and return safely to the station, or their character's body will be left on the surface. To survive on the surface, players must gather resources like food, water, oxygen, and seek shelter.
Icarus will launch on Steam on 4 December.
