Flagship chasers, here's another one for you: HUAWEI will be launching the P40 Pro+ smartphone this 26 June.
Priced at RM4,999, the P40 Pro+ boasts the Ultra Vision Leica Penta Camera system, which comprises 5 different lenses to take your photography skills to the next level:
50MP Ultra Vision Camera (Wide Angle, f/1.9 aperture, OIS)
40MP Cine Camera (Ultra-Wide Angle, f/1.8 aperture)
8MP SuperZoom Camera (10x Optical Zoom, f/4.4 aperture, OIS)
8MP Telephoto Camera (3x Optical Zoom, f/2.4 aperture, OIS)
3D Depth Sensing Camera
The two telephoto lenses work in tandem utilising a periscope system to produce a maximum optical zoom of 10x and maximum digital zoom of a whopping 100x. In comparison, the HUAWEI P40 Pro only has a single 12MP telephoto lens with up to 50x zoom.
Other specs include a powerful Kirin 990 5G processor, 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of UFS3.0 storage. The 6.58" OLED display has a 1200 x 2640 resolution with 441 ppi. While it is no surprise that it doesn't come with Google Play Services, it does come fully decked out with HUAWEI's suite of features including the HUAWEI AppGallery, HUAWEI Share, and HUAWEI MeeTime.
As mentioned above, the HUAWEI P40 Pro+ will be available starting 26 June at RM4,999, with triple rewards available to purchasers for a limited time:
Launch promotion gifts worth more than RM1,300
Free gifts from the HUAWEI AppGallery Carnival 2020
Chance to win a Proton X70
