EA Aware of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's Poor PC Performance Issues After the Rough Launch

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor continues to receive negative reviews on Steam due to PC performance issues, EA has released a statement on their official Twitter account, claiming that they are addressing a fix on the performance issues ASAP.

The companies also noted that players that using high-end machines or certain specific configurations were experiencing a majority of the problems on the PC port, as well as users with high-end GPUs with "lower-performing CPUs"

"For example, players using cutting-edge, multi-threaded chipsets designed for Windows 11 were encountering problems on Windows 10, or high-end GPUs coupled with lower-performing CPUs also saw unexpected frame loss."

Although they do apologizes to the "QA testers" in the tweet, saying that they are "committed to fixing these issues as soon as possible" in the upcoming patches to ensure no new problems are faced by Star Wars fans in the future.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
