The game stars Norman Reedus, Lea Seydoux, Troy Baker, Shioli Kutsuna, and Elle Fanning
The <Death Stranding 2> first trailer was dropped at The Game Awards 2022 (TGA2022), as Hideo Kojima himself appears on the stage, saying the announcement trailer was filled with secret hints about the project.
The <Death Stranding 2> story was written before the COVID pandemic, but Kojima had to rewrite the whole story from scratch, as he said " I also didn’t want to predict any more future, so I rewrote it."
Aside from <Death Stranding 2>, Kojima also states that he is working on another project at the same time, which will probably be <Overdose>, a cloud-based horror game on Xbox. However, the leaked trailer was removed at the time of publishing.
