ASUS has officially launched its 2-in-1 Vivobook 13 Slated OLED in Malaysia as the world's first 13.3" Windows detachable laptop. It comes with a full-size detachable keyboard and a cover stand with a 170° hinge. It also supports the ASUS Pen 2.0 stylus that can be held to the laptop with a magnetic pen holder.
The Vivobook 13 Slate OLED has a 16:9 aspect ratio, 0.2ms response time, DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. It also offers better eye protection with up to 70% lower blue light levels than LCD displays. The laptop supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, as well as Wi-Fi 6 for fast connectivity.
For creative professionals who need the ASUS Pen 2.0, it has 4096-level pressure sensitivity, a 5-350g pen tip force, and a 266Hz sampling rate. It comes with 4 interchangeable pen tips that mimic 2H, H, B, and HB pencils to provide users a natural feel.
The magnetically-attached full-size keyboard has keys spaced 19.05mm apart and 1.4mm key travel for a comfortable typing experience. The touchpad has a special coating with a smooth feel while providing maximum responsiveness and accuracy.
The laptop is powered by a quad-core 3.3GHz Intel processor, paired with up to 256GB PCIe 3.0x4 SSD, and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It also offers 2 USB-C ports, an audio jack, and a microSD card reader. Its 50Whr battery can be charged to 60% in 39 minutes. For video calls or photo shots, it features a 5MP front-facing camera and a 13MP rear camera. It also supports AI noise-canceling audio to make e-meetings as clear as possible.
The ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED (T3300) is now available in Malaysia at RM3,499. It comes bundled with a free 1-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and a free 1-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
