Asus has announced the Dual Radeon RX6600 graphics card to the mid-range market with abilities to deliver 1080p gaming experiences.
The AMD Radeon RX 6600 graphics cards support DirectX 12 Ultimate technology including ray tracing, 32 MB of high performance, AMD Infinity Cache, AMD Smart Access Memory technology, and other advanced features.
They also support the AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution open-source spatial upscaling solution designed to increase framerates in selected titles while delivering high-resolution graphics.
The Dual Radeon RX 6600 graphics card uses a high-surface-area heatsink comprising three heat pipes to cool the GPU. It has twin fans built using the tried-and-true Axial-tech design to direct heat flow through the fins beneath while reducing noise levels at a given RPM. The zero dB mode is able to further reduce the system noise levels by stopping the fans completely when a system is not in use.
The fans and heatsink have contrasting black and silver finishes and a full-length aluminum backplate decked out with subtle graphics. Thanks to the 2.5-slot design, the card can achieve an ideal balance of case compatibility and cooling capacity. The graphics card also uses the Auto-Extreme technology to place and solder surface mount components without any human intervention. It is now available at RM2,200 and comes with a 3+1 year extended warranty.
