Acer Reveals Huge Wave of New Swift, Aspire, Spin, Chromebook Laptops

Acer has dropped another motherlode of new products during their next@acer press conference last night. These include additions to many of their laptop series, including the Swift, Aspire, Spin, and Chromebook lines, as well as a special Porsche Design Acer Book RS.

The new Swift 3x is equipped with an 11th Gen Intel Core CPU and Intel Iris Xe MAX graphics, and weighs just 1.37kg. Despite its lightweight form factor, it boasts up to 17.5 hours of battery life on a full charge and up to 4 hours on a 30-minute charge.

The Aspire 5 also comes with 11th Gen Intel Core CPUs and Iris Xe graphics, but also has the option of an NVIDIA GeForce MX450 if you require more graphics processing power. It also comes with up to 24GB of DDR4 RAM, up to 1TB of M.2 SSD storage and 2TB of HDD storage.

The Spin series laptops, including the Chromebook Spin 513 and Acer Spin 7 both come with their signature 360-degree hinge as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 5G processor. They both have a touchscreen display which is compatible with the Acer Active Stylus using Wacom AES technology, and feature an antimicrobial coating to eliminate bacteria on the surface, which would definitely come in handy during times like these.

Finally, the Porsche Design Acer Book RS provides both form and function in a sleek all-metal chassis with a carbon fibre lid. Inside, you'll find an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, MX350 graphics, as well as up to 16GB of RAM. It's also ultra lightweight at only 1.2kg.

Unfortunately, Acer has yet to reveal the pricing and availability of all the products above, so we'll just have to wait and see.
