A New Streamer Enters the Ring: Former WWE Champ Ronda Rousey Signs On with Facebook Gaming
Facebook Gaming has secured yet another big name for their streaming roster. Former UFC and WWE champion Ronda Rousey will be streaming on FB Gaming for the first time on 18 February, 3pm PST - that's 19 Feb at 7am local time, for those who are interested.
And no, her first stream isn't going to be Super Smash Bros or some other fighting game, but Pokemon Sword/Shield instead. With more than 12 million followers on Facebook, Rousey will definitely be able to pull a large crowd by enticing her fanbase to interact with the 'real' Ronda Rousey and not her on-stage persona.
"Through my streams, people can hang out with the real me, not the ‘character’ version of myself they’re used to seeing, though the ‘Rowdy One’ can’t always be contained."
All proceeds from the stream will go towards Australian Bushfire Recovery, so it's your chance to show some love to the 'Baddest Stream on the Planet' and donate to a good cause at the same time.
