Got a Need for Speed? This 280Hz ASUS TUF Display Will Suit You

After its initial launch in January, ASUS has finally brought the TUF Gaming VG279QM monitor to Malaysian shores.

You might think that 60Hz monitors are so last decade, and that 120Hz and 144Hz monitors are the standard now - at least for gamers. Well, my good sir, you are now looking at speeds way beyond that scope. The VG279QM has a maximum refresh rate of 280Hz when overclocked, and 240Hz when it is not. It also has a 1ms GTG response time.

Apart from a super speedy display, the 27" FHD VG279QM monitor features VESA certification of HDR400, G-Sync compatibility, and ELMB-Sync anti-tearing technology as well.

In terms of lubangs, the monitor comes with two HDMI 2.0 ports and one DisplayPort 1.2; it also has built-in 2W stereo speakers so you can dock your Switch and enjoy sound without having to use a separate headset (but there's still a headphone jack, if that's your thing.)
