You Can Now React to WhatsApp Messages with Emojis

WhatsApp has rolled out a message reaction feature that lets you react to messages with emojis, similar to what you have in Messenger. To react, simply long-press the respective message and select the emoji you want to react with.

At current, you can only react with 6 emojis but WhatsApp promises to add more choices and skin tones in the future. The new feature is now available for some users so you may not get it immediately but it should reach all users globally in a week or two.

In addition to message reactions, WhatsApp has also increased file transfer size from 100MB to 2GB and will allow up to 512 people in a group chat in the future.
