Yoodo and MyGameOn Team Up to Organise National Esports Tournament with RM150,000 Prize Pool

Kejohanan E-sukan Kampus, better known as 'KEK', is back for its third instalment this year, with a whopping RM150,000 prize pool up for grabs. As with most large-scale events this year, the Yoodo KEK3 will be held in a fully digital format in the interest of public health and safety.

“KEK has firmly established itself as the premier campus level esports tournament in Malaysia with 125,000 footfall and over 5 million livestream views, since its inaugural season. Yoodo is proud to be taking over and bringing you the exciting 3rd Semester of KEK."

- Chow Tuck Mun, Head of Yoodo

Yoodo KEK3 will kick off on 6 June, featuring 5 regional zone online qualifiers and finals. College and university students will duke it out across two game titles - Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Call of Duty: Mobile - to secure a place in the Grand Finale on 18 and 19 July.

To support the fully online tournament format, Yoodo KEK3 is also introducing the KEK Komuniti Platform, which is a one-stop virtual centre hosting tournament statistics, results, team breakdowns, and more.

If you're interested in snagging a chunk of the generous prize pool, you can register for KEK3 starting immediately, with rolling cut-off dates of 1-week before the respective region’s online qualifiers.

Not interesting in competing? You can still catch the action of each regional zone's finals on Yoodo’s official esports page or My Game On’s official Facebook page.

Lazy to layan tournaments? You can layan just your friends with Yoodo’s Call of Duty: Mobile data add-on, which gives users 20GB of game-specific data for just RM5 per month, with a similar add-on for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang to be announced soon.
