Xiaomi has announced the new Redmi Note 11 Series for international markets, consisting of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11S, and Redmi Note 11. The new series comes with an upgraded camera system, charging speed, display, and processor.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11S now have a flagship camera setup with 108MP main cameras using the Samsung HM2 sensors with a 1/1.52" sensor size. It leverages a 9-in-1 pixel binning technology and dual ISO to deliver photos with higher dynamic range and color performance, even in dark surroundings. The rear camera modules also include an 8MP ultrawide angle camera with a 118° viewing angle and a 2MP macro camera. For bokeh effect on portrait shots, the Note 11 Pro, Note 11S, and Note 11 have a 2MP depth camera.
The Note 11 series features 6.67" and 6.43" FHD+ AMOLED DotDisplays with refresh rates up to 120Hz, touch sampling rates up to 360Hz, DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and 1200 nits of brightness.
As for performance, the Note 11 Pro 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 processor with 5G support. Meanwhile, the Note 11Pro and Note 11S are equipped with the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset. The lowest end of the series, the Note 11 comes with a Snapdragon 680 chipset. While all four variants pack a 5000mAh battery, the Note 11 Pro 5G and Note 11 Pro support 67W turbo charging, whereas the Note 11S and Note 11 support 33W Pro fast charging.
Xiaomi also announced that its MIUI 13 will be rolled out to selected devices starting in Q1 2022.
