ROG's new Zephyrus G14 Alan Walker Edition has arrived in Malaysia retailing at RM7,999. The laptop can be purchased on Shopee, Lazada, and Asus Stores.
Designed for gamers and creators, the 14-inch laptop is powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS processor with 8 cores and 16 threads, along with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics. It features several Alan Walker customised design accents like the Spectre Blue shade of the AniMe Matrix LED array and the special nameplate on the lid, which has ROG's logo and Walker's signature on it. On the lid, there are also two fabric belts with one using a reflective text that blends with the matrix LEDs.
The laptop box - Walker's favourite part of the project - doubles as a ROG Remix sampler when it is connected to the laptop with a Type-C cable. There are conductive pads on the surface of the box that allows users to trigger a total of 18 sound effects created by Walker himself. Users can opt to import their own favourite songs into the custom software. Additionally, the ROG Remix sampler also displays special ROG and Alan Walker inspired animations on the laptop's screen and the AniMe Matrix panel based on the MIDI inputs selected.
The laptop comes with a custom boot animation and Alan Walker wallpaper. More Alan Walker accents on the laptop include the glass touchpad with customised pattern inspired by music equaliser and keycaps that match Walker's signature colour, especially the A and W keys with Walker's logo printed on them.
