Yeap, Tesco personal shoppers are now available through WhatsApp.
Getting your groceries delivered to your doorstep has always been an option, but let's be realistic - slots for most delivery services have been fully booked since the beginning of the MCO.
With the addition of Tesco's 'Order & Collect' service, customers now have another option to pick up their essentials in a quick and efficient manner.

This is a great idea for those who shy away at the thought of browsing through grocery aisles and increasing the risk of exposure during the ongoing MCO (movement control order).
To use this service, all you have to do is contact your preferred Tesco outlet through WhatsApp and place an order with a maximum of 25 essential items (groceries and fresh). You will receive a personalised barcode once your order is completed; you can then use the aforementioned barcode to make your payment via cash, debit card, or e-wallet via the dedicated check-out counter.

Do note that each Tesco store only takes on 100 orders per day, so place your order early if you don't want to miss out. You can WhatsApp your order at any time between 8am to 4pm daily, with collections available before 6pm.
The service is available at all Tesco outlets except for the Extra Cheras, Extra Selayang, Extra Puchong, Mutiara Damansara, KSL City Mall, Kulai, Desa Tebrau, and Melaka Hyper outlets.
