Several Exynos-Powered Devices Can't Launch Diablo Immortal

While Malaysians still have to wait for Diablo Immortal for a bit more, it's already available for players in some countries. Unfortunately, there are reports that Samsung devices powered by the Exynos chipsets aren't able to run the game.

According to SamMobile, the following Samsung smartphones have graphics issues and glitches, making them unable to launch the game:

  • Galaxy A12, A13, A21s, A51 5G, A Quantum

  • Galaxy S10 series

  • Galaxy Note 10 series

  • Galaxy F12 and F62

  • Galaxy M12, M13, M62

  • Galaxy XCover 5

  • Galaxy S22+

Blizzard may suspend downloads for the affected devices until a fix can be issued and is reportedly working to fix the issue. Given that the list of impacted devices is those with the Exynos SoC, we assume most would have the same problem but hopefully, it's fixed before the game launches in Malaysia on 22 June.
