Over the decades, Samsung has been recognized for its innovations and services, placing it as a leading brand in the market. At the Putra Brand Awards 2021 that was held last week, Samsung Malaysia Electronics bagged the Platinum Award in three categories, "Communications Devices", "Cameras, IT and Office & Business Equipment", and "Personal, Household & Outdoor Appliances". Samsung was also crowned as the Brand of the Year at the awards ceremony and bestowed the "Hall of Fame" recognition.
The Putra Brand Awards is an annual premier brand awards event in Malaysia that recognizes consumers' preferences for local and international brands. The award is based on votes from 11,000 consumers for their favorite brands within multiple categories.
