Samsung has extended the "Fan Edition" concept to the tablet realm with the introduction of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. These tablets aim to provide essential features catering to the majority of users while maintaining a more budget-friendly price compared to Samsung's premium tablet lineup.
The packaging of the tablet is containing only the tablet itself, an S Pen, documentation, and a USB-C cable.
The design of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ is a standout feature. Although slightly thicker at 6.5mm, it offers a comfortable and substantial feel despite its relatively heavier weight. The tablet boasts a 12.4-inch IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1600 x 2560 pixel resolution. The sides feature a fingerprint sensor/power button, volume buttons, and two stereo speakers tuned by AKG.
The bezels remain thin, with the addition of a 12MP ultrawide sensor on the side bezel for the front camera. On the back, you'll find an 8MP (wide) + 8MP (ultrawide) dual rear camera setup in individual camera humps, similar of other Samsung Galaxy S23 series devices.
Tech specs include an Exynos 1380 chipset, 8GB/12GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB storage, powered by a 10090 mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ also offers expandable storage with a microSDXC slot and supports up to WiFi 6.
