Samsung has officially added three new devices to its Galaxy A series - the Galaxy A73 5G, Galaxy A53 5G, and Galaxy A33 5G.
Galaxy A73 5G
The A73 features the largest screen among the three, a 6.7" Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 778G chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, plus a microSD slot for up to 1TB.
It boasts a 108MP main camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide snapper, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro camera. The front camera uses a 32MP lens. Underneath its hood is a 5000mAh battery supporting 25W super-fast charging.
Available in Awesome White, Awesome Grey, and Mint, the Galaxy A73 5G is priced at RM2,099.
Galaxy A53 5G
Powered by the Exynos 1280 chipset, the A53 comes with a 6.5" FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also offers the same 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. For photography, its triple rear camera system includes a 64MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP depth camera, and a 5MP macro camera.
The A53 5G comes in four color variants: Awesome White, Awesome Black, Awesome Peach, and Awesome Blue with a price of RM1,849.
Galaxy A33 5G
The A33 has the smallest 6.4" display with a lower 90Hz refresh rate. It uses the same Super AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution. Moving on to the camera, it packs a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front is a 13MP selfie camera. It is equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. This model also uses the same Exynos 1280 chipset as the A53.
Also offering the same color options as the A53, Awesome White, Awesome Black, Awesome Peach, and Awesome Blue, it retails for RM1,499.
All three devices have the same 5000mAh battery capacity with 25W super-fast charging support. They also feature Gorilla Glass 5, IP67 water and dust resistance, as well as One UI 4.1.
