Samsung Galaxy A35 5G First Impression

Back in March, Samsung unveiled their brand new product as part of their Samsung Galaxy A series, the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, to the world. And for the very first time, the device comes with Samsung's flagship security features - Samsung Knox Vault, adding more security features to this mid-range lineup. We were able to receive one of them, and here’s our first impression of this phone.

The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, features a plastic frame and a glass back. Equipped with the Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus®+, users no longer have to worry about scratching or even dropping your phone. Additionally, the Galaxy A35 is water and dust-resistant, carrying an IP67 rating. And the colour of the device I received was Awesome Iceblue.

The Samsung A35 5G features a 6.6 inches FHD + Super AMOLED display alongside a 120Hz refresh rate for an immersive experience. Furthermore, the screen’s brightness is said to go all the way up to 1000 nits.

This brand new addition to the Galaxy A series features a triple-camera module, with the primary lens carrying an impressive 50 MP, and this is backed up by the ultra wide camera and the macro camera lens that have 8MP and 5MP respectively.

As for the battery life, the phone has an impressive 5,000mAh battery, which lasts for a very long time! Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G has a charging speed of 25W, alongside with Super Fast Charging.

As mentioned briefly above, the new Samsung Galaxy A35 5G boasts its enhanced security features through KNOX. The new Samsung Knox Security contains various security features installed into the phone that will ensure that you no longer have to worry about any personal data being leaked, regardless of the location you’re in. Some of these features include the Auto Blocker and the Samsung Knox Matrix.

Overall, my first impression of the new Samsung Galaxy A35 is that the phone is definitely promising especially for just RM1,699, and I cannot wait to further try out this new device, especially when it’s better when compared to its predecessor! Be sure to stay tuned as we will also be releasing a full in-depth review of the Samsung Galaxy A35
