Samsung Malaysia has unveiled its new PRO Plus microSD card and a revamped EVO Plus microSD card for mobile storage expansion, 4K UHD video storage, and more.
The new microSDs come with enhanced six-proof protection, which enables them to withstand water, extreme temperatures, x-ray, wear out, drops, and magnetic impact. Both microSDs have a 10-year limited warranty.
The PRO Plus microSD has read and write speeds of up to160 MB/s and 120 MB/s respectively. It will be available in three storage variants: 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB.
On the other hand, the EVO Plus microSD offers a transfer speed of up to 130 MB/s and up to 1.3 times faster sequential read speed compared to the previous version. It will be available in four storage variants: 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB.
Featuring a reimagined Blue Wave design, the PRO Plus microSD and the EVO Plus microSD will be available in Malaysia's pure players, mobile outlets, IT and electronic stores starting early November.
