Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has recently announced the expansion of One UI 6.1.1 which will allow more Galaxy devices to be able to have the latest Galaxy AI features via the new update. Some of these devices that will get the update include the Galaxy S24 series, S23 series, S23 FE, Z Fold5, Z Flip5 and Tab S9 series.
Intuitive Communication Without Barriers
With the new Galaxy AI, communication with someone, even in another language will be made much simpler. The Interpreter app will now come with a Listening Mode which will help provide a one-way translation, even while in a presentation. With Chat Assist, emails, social media posts and more can be done easier, especially when using the Composer feature. Another AI feature which was highly beneficial for the Galaxy Z Flip6, Suggested replies can now be available on Galaxy S24 series devices.
Powerful Productivity From Anywhere
The latest Galaxy AI features can transform any Galaxy device into a powerful tool. With Note Assist, it will provide support during prolonged meetings by enabling translation and note summaries, and the newly added transcript feature can quickly create notes based on voice recordings. Meanwhile, PDF Overlay Translation is able to help translate and overlay text in PDF files or even translate text in images and graphs. Sketch to Image is another feature that is beneficial to users as it helps enhance photos by generating images based on simple sketches.
Also, the advanced search capabilities of Circle to Search with Google quickly generate search results and now offer step-by-step instructions for solving complex math problems, as well as newly added Sound Search feature.

The Galaxy AI enables users to be able to snap professional-grade pictures from their devices as they provide Portrait Studio which will allow them to create portraits in a variety of styles such as 3D cartoon or watercolor. Furthermore, with Instant Slow-mo users can seamlessly slow a video down while maintaining smooth image quality before quickly saving and sharing in just a few simple steps.
Availability
The software update for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will begin rolling out in Malaysia on 9 September. Software updates for additional Galaxy devices will be available in the coming weeks.
