The ROG Phone 6 Series from ASUS is a brand new line of phones available in Malaysia starting in August 2022.
The series comprises two phones: The ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro.
The ROG Phone 6 Series have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform that allows for up to 3.2GHz CPU speeds as well as 10% faster GPU clock speeds and 30% GPU power reduction.
It also offers ultra-stable gaming with an average 59.4 FPS and a high average temperature of 44.2 °C for the back cover.
The phone has a 6000mAH battery capacity that allows for long gaming sessions with its extended battery life.
The ROG Phone 6 comes in two different colour options, Storm White and Phantom Black. It also comes in two different variants: The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at RM 3,599, and the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant will be available for RM4,399.
The ROG Phone 6 Pro with its 18GB RAM + 512GB storage is priced at RM 4,999 and will be available in September 2022.
Pre-orders for the ROG Phone 6 will start on July 6 on Shopee and offline channels, with early bird freebies worth RM548 up for grabs.
Pre-orders of the ROG Phone 6 on Shopee will also be entitled to a 10% discount on the ROG Slash Hip Bag and ROG Slash Crossbody Bag, which are priced at RM499 and RM399, respectively.
