ROG has launched a new high-performing Wi-Fi 6 gaming router with an all-new design - the Rapture GT-AX6000 - featuring four detachable red and black antennas with ASUS Aura RGB lighting.
The dual-band Wi-Fi 6 router is capable of delivering up to 6000Mbps of speed (1148 Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and 4804 Mbps on the 5GHz band), which is up to 2.3x faster than a 4x4 dual-band Wi-Fi 5 router. It features 160MHz channels, OFDMA, and MU-MIMO technology to enable up to 4x greater network capacity and efficiency.
It comes with two 2.5Gbps ports, one of which can be configured as either a WAN or a LAN port. Powered by a Broadcom 2.0 GHz quad-core 64-bit CPU and Wi-Fi chipsets, it also includes ASUS RangeBoost Plus for better Wi-Fi signal range and coverage by up to 38%.
The gaming router has an exclusive triple-level game acceleration that stabilizes connections for amazing gaming experiences. Thanks to a dedicated Gaming Port, it can prioritize a console when connected. Users can enable the Mobile Game Mode for lower ping times and reduced latency via the ASUS router app.
The ROG Rapture GT-AX6000 will be available from 3 March on official stores on Shopee and Lazada for RM1,968.
