Xiaomi has just announced that the Redmi Note 10S Starlight Purple edition will be coming to Malaysia on 3 August at RM899. In addition, Redmi 9C will be making a return with a bigger storage variant featuring 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The Redmi 9C will retail at RM499.
Redmi Note 10S Starlight Purple
The Redmi Note 10S Starlight Purple is equipped with a Mediatek Helio G95 chip with clock speeds of up to 900 MHz. It also features a 6.43” AMOLED DotDisplay seamless screen, an Arc side fingerprint sensor, a 33 W fast-charging system, a 360° light sensor setup, and dual speakers.
The smartphone has a quad camera module comprising a 64 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide angle camera for group shots, a 2 MP macro camera, and a 2 MP depth sensor for supporting portraits. Its camera is equipped with features such as pro time-lapse, slow motion, night mode, and regular time-lapse.
Redmi 9C
The Redmi 9C with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage is powered by MediaTek Helio G35, and features a 6.53” Dot Drop Display for an immersive viewing experience and a 5,000 mAh battery. The model is available in three colour options: Midnight Grey, Sunrise Orange, and Twilight Blue.
The new models will be available at authorised Mi stores and official retailers in Malaysia from 3 August onwards. The online availability date will be announced on Xiaomi’s Facebook page and Instagram page.
