realme Officially Rolls Out UI 3.0 Based on Android 12

realme has officially rolled out UI 3.0, bringing many new features of Android 12 with upgrades in design, fluidity, personalisation, privacy, and functionality.

Fluid Space Design

The new UI sees completely refreshed icons with a new 3D design. The new layout gives a spatial sense throughout to lower information density with white space. Title size, symbol, and text contrast have also been enhanced to give users a sense of importance and concentration about the information they receieve.

Personalisation

UI 3.0 now supports global theme colour customisation where users can choose any of their favourite hues as the theme colour. AOD has also been upgraded where users can upload photos of their choice for a unique AOD design and an AOD of realme's mascot, realmeow.

Fluidity and Functionality

The new UI has introduced an AI smooth engine, which adds smoothness and reduces power consumption. Memory usage has been decreased by 30%, overall app launching performance improved by 10%, and battery life increased by 12%. Floating Window 2.0 is also introduced in the new update, allowing users to control floating windows as they like.

Privacy

UI 3.0 has a new subtitle stitching feature that allows users to share pictures or videos privately. More limitations to app permissions are also added. There are also pictorial representations that allow users to notice apps' privacy activities.
