A total of 97,635 applications for Phase 1 of the “PerantiSiswa Keluarga Malaysia” package have been approved so far.
In a Bernama report, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Noraini Ahmad said that 21,633 of the applications were from Sabah, with 3,748 of them being approved so far.
She said that PerantiSiswa Keluarga Malaysia played an important role in the government’s efforts to digitise education.
“Therefore, I call on students of higher learning from B40 families who have not applied, to send their applications under phase 2 which is still open until 30 September 2022.”
