Oppo has launched a new fitness tracker that might go against Garmin and Fitbit with its much lower price point - the Oppo Watch Free.
The Oppo Watch Free has a 1.63" AMOLED display with a 326 PPI pixel density. You'll be able to generate a custom watch face based on the colours of your outfits.
Besides the usual array of workout tracking modes, it can monitor SpO2 levels with heart rate variability overnight and display sleep statistics directly on the tracker's screen. It also detects snores like Fitbit's trackers. While the Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 detect snores with a built-in microphone, the Oppo Watch Free detects snores based on SpO2, heart rate variability, and sound levels detected by your smartphone.
The device also features an e-sports mode. Like the Garmin Instinct Esports Edition, it will monitor your heart rate during intense gaming sessions. However, it doesn't let you share the statistics with other Twitch users as Garmin does.
The Oppo Watch Free will retail for 549 CNY (RM355) for the standard version and 599 CNY (~RM388) for the NFC version.
