miHoYo has announced that it will hold Genshin Impact's first global online concert - Melodies of an Endless Journey - on 3 October, in celebration of the game's first anniversary.
The original soundtracks will be presented by world-famous Belgian conductor Maestro Dirk Brossé and the Flanders Symphony Orchestra at the concert hall of Salle Philharmonique de Liège. Additionally, the concert will include multiple stages in countries like the United States and South Korea, featuring covers of a few tracks by other artists.
The soundtracks are originally produced by miHoYo's in-house music team, HOYO-MiX, and written by producer Yu-Peng Chen. "Using traditional orchestral music as the base, Genshin Impact's soundtracks incorporate assorted elements of world music in themes and variations for different areas," read the press release. Genshin Impact has previously released six original soundtrack albums. Its upcoming seventh album featuring music from the Inazuma area is produced in collaboration with Sony Music.
The 90-minute concert will be available online for free.
