In its attempt to fight with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge is allegedly working on a new Games panel that brings a collection of HTML 5 games.
Spotted by tipster Leopeva64, Microsoft is testing a dedicated Games panel in Edge and it is currently available for some users in the latest version of Edge Canary. To access it, users would need to manually enable it in the settings menu and click the Games button under the Appearance section.
Enabling it will add a Games button on the omnibar next to the address bar. The HTML 5 games are divided into categories, including Arcade, Microsoft classics, Board & Card, Puzzle, Sports, Casual, Match 3, and more. Since they are HTML 5 games, users can play them right away without downloads.
