Xiaomi’s Mi Watch will be available for purchase in Malaysia from January 20, the company announced.
The 32g Mi Watch features a 1.39’’ AMOLED display with up to 450 nits of brightness and an anti-fingerprint-coated 2.5D tempered glass. It has 117 fitness modes which can be accessed with a dedicated sport button. The watch also provides health monitoring features including “accurate heart rate tracking, blood oxygen level monitoring, and additional indicators on users’ sleep cycles, stress levels, and energy levels”.
Xiaomi says that the watch’s 420mAh LiPo battery can provide 16 days of battery life after two hours of charging. Other features of the watch include a camera remote function, native emojis embedded in notifications, GPS, Alexa voice control, camera shutter mode, a built-in geomagnetic compass, barometer, and water resistance (up to a 50m depth).
Aesthetically, there are over 100 watch faces and strap colour options of Black, Orange, Navy Blue, Beige, Olive, and Yellow.
The Mi Watch will be priced at RM469.
