That’ll perk up your ears, and you read that right - FREE. For Honor is an award-winning game from Ubisoft Montreal, the makers of the Far Cry series as well as the Assassin’s Creed series. It is a third-person action fighting game set in a mishmash medieval time frame where various landmasses got shuffled around due to a natural disaster, and you get to choose between 3 factions (namely the Iron Legion, the Warborn, and the Dawn Empire) as they duke it out in a war for survival and territorial claim.
Since it launched in early 2017, the game has undergone massive updates with loads of additional content thrown into the fray, including a new faction, the Wu Lin.
There are a variety of classes you can play as, including the Vanguards, the Assassins, the Heavies, and the Hybrids, each class with its own set of moves and skills. It also has many game modes you can drop into, from the epic clashes for territory of the Dominion mode to the adrenaline-pumping strategy and skill of the 1v1 Duel mode.
