LG Malaysia Introduced Malaysia's FIRST Cat-Specific Air Purifier - the LG PuriCare™ AeroCatTower!

LG Electronics Malaysia has introduced the LG PuriCare™ AeroCatTower Air Purifier, the country’s first air purifier designed specifically for cat-friendly homes. Combining advanced air purification with a feline-focused design, the premium 4-in-1 device addresses the rising needs of Malaysian pet owners by improving indoor air quality while enhancing comfort for both cats and their owners, reflecting LG’s commitment to innovative, lifestyle-driven solutions.

With pet ownership on the rise in Malaysia—where over half of households own pets and most have cats—there is growing demand for home solutions that enhance both air quality and pet comfort. Reflecting this trend, LG Electronics Malaysia Managing Director Justin Choi highlighted that LG’s innovation is driven by understanding pet-friendly lifestyles, leading to products that deliver cleaner air, fewer allergens, and seamless integration into modern Malaysian homes.

The LG PuriCare™ AeroCatTower Air Purifier is aimed at supporting cleaner indoor air and everyday feline comfort. The heated dome seat creates a warm, inviting resting spot with two heat settings of 34°C for kittens and 39°C for adult cats, and two modes including sensing warmth mode that activates when the cat is seated and consistent warm mode for steady warmth.

Designed with feline comfort and safety in mind, the device features a secure dome-shaped seat that supports cats up to 15kg, operates quietly, and automatically switches to an ultra-quiet mode when in use. Thoughtful details such as hidden controls, a stable step platform, and built-in weight monitoring via LG ThinQ enhance both pet wellbeing and owner convenience. Complementing this is a powerful 360° air purification system with HEPA filtration and UVnano technology, effectively reducing pet dander, odours, bacteria, and viruses while capturing pet hair and dust for consistently clean indoor air.
